If you are having problems with any CARTEK product then please download and read the Latest Instructions here. The latest instructions come with photos, drawings and a Fault Diagnosis page to help you self-diagnose the problem.
If you cannot resolve the problem then please email info@cartekmotorsport.com for technical support. In the email please tell us:
A description of the problem you have with the product – If you can please send us photos/videos of the problem.
- Tell us how you have installed the product and what vehicle/engine it is fitted to.
- When did you purchase the product and how long have you had it fitted for.
- Please also tell us the serial number of the product (this can be located under the product).

Product Return for Testing
CARTEK may ask you to return the product for testing. CARTEK will perform a number of tests on the product to make sure it is still functional. To send back a product for testing you will need to complete this form:

Once complete then please print a copy and send it with the returned product to the below address. If you are outside the UK please ship via DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc - standard postal is very slow.
